REMOVE baked product from pans as soon as possible, preferably while pan is still warm.  This eliminate moisture from condensing under the product.

To get maximum performance from your bakeware wipe over with a damp cloth after use and store in a dry area.   .

USE CARE when depanning baked products  - harsh treatment may result in pans becoming dented and mis-shapen

Stainless steel products MAY be  washed with warm soapy water, rinsed and then dried before storage.
