REMOVEbaked product from pans as soon as possible, preferably while pan is still warm. This eliminate moisture from condensing under the product that can cause premature failure of the release coating.
To get maximum performance from your bakeware wipe over with a damp cloth after use and store in a dry area. DO NOT immerse in water, scour or use sharp implements as this will permanently damage any coating applied.
